Title: Observational Astronomy

Taught: Alternating Spring

Hours: 4:2-6 (A 4 credit hour course with 2 hours of class and 6 hours of laboratory each week.)

Prerequisiste: ASTR 201

Description: Introduction to observational astronomy, including telescope design and usage; star maps; constellation figures, bright members and deep sky objects. Attendance will be required each week for at least one night observing session in the FMU Observatory
