This form is to be used to request a private show in Dooley Planetarium. Please complete the fields below. We provide private shows to group with a minimum of 10 guests. If you require a time not listed in the selection, please put it into the comments box at the bottom of the form. We will discuss the time via email. If you have more than 75 guests for a show, please select the option for back-to-back presentations. Each show runs about 1 hour in length. If you want additional time in the planetarium, please let me know. We will work out how to best accommodate your request around any classes or laboratory sessions. If you have trouble with this form, please contact the Director, Dr. Jeannette Myers, by email at JMyers@fmarion.edu and describe the issue you are having.

Audience
How many adults (including Chaperones) will be in the program.
Total number of youths that will be attending the program.
Shows on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday have to end by 11:15 am due to a lecture class in Dooley Planetarium. Back-to-Back shows are best on Tuesdays or Thursdays. If you require a later start time (afternoon or evening), please select Other and we will discuss the time via e-Mail. Wednesday and Thursday afternoons are generally not available due to lab sessions.
We limit a show to no more than 75 people. Our auditorium has 64 permanent seats and we can add additional chairs. If your group is too large, consider Back-to-Back shows, or select another date on the calendar.
